 Brian Retterer 

Brian started as the shop manager in August 2018. He has over 30 years experience in auto parts and repair. He is skilled in paint and body work and enjoys his gun collection in his spare time.

 Eric Flint 

Eric started as the office manager in October 2015 and is primarily responsible for customer communications. He has a daughter and 2 sons. He enjoys coaching his kids' teams and rooting for OSU.

 Tyler Ledley 

Tyler started working at Wayne's in November 2013. As the senior technician he is primarily responsible for engine and transmission rebuilds. He is married and enjoys working on cars and hunting in his free time.

 Wes Mannasmith 

Wes began working at Wayne's in August 2016. He is married and has 2 sons. When he is not working in bay #2 he enjoys the outdoors, especially whitetail bow hunting.

TIP FROM A TECH

Q: Should I use high mileage or synthetic oil in my Honda?

A: The most important factor with maintaining a clean running engine is regularly scheduled oil changes. The oil life percentage displayed in many Honda and Acura models is based on a 10,000 mile service interval. Our experience has shown waiting this long between oil changes can eventually lead to trouble that can otherwise be avoided. The simple investment of changing the oil in your Honda or Acura every 5,000 miles (50% oil life) will more than pay for itself over the life of the vehicle. As for high mileage or synthetic oil, we do not put a lot of stock in the claims made by some of these products. At Wayne's we consistently use Castrol 5W20 or 0W20, recommended by Honda for most models. So give your Honda engine what it needs: fresh oil and a new filter every 5,000 miles, and you can be confident in the quality and reliability Honda is known for.
